Busy life busy schedule and busy day makes people very weak. Everyday people are running after their dreams and things of being successful but on the other hand they are neglecting their health and taking stress in their mind.

“I will breath,I will think out of solutions,I will not let my work control me,I will not let my stress level break me, I will simply breath and it will be okay because i don’t quit”.

Above given quotes is very motivational and life changing. It indicates that life is very beautiful we have to take it as a beautiful lesson and free of tension and stress. Don’t let your work and desire control you because it is the main problem of people leading to depression.

Many people at young age take different kind of medicine for depression. Depression is the major problem in Nepal. Especially youngster are facing this problems. a slogan “No Suicide ” is in trend now youngster nowadays can’t handle the pain and they go to the depression and  commit suicide, some control themself and find the meaning of life.

We must have to take care of people who is in depression and  talk to them take care of them and make them feel that life is special and and beautiful. Depression is not a disease or mental disorder, most of the people have mis concept that depression is a mental disorder and the people having depression is insane or mad . Therefore, people having depression need love and care, we should stop treating them as people from different planet.





Today, whole world is running after modern technology and in this technology world everything  is growing fast and furiously, each and every people are running after  artificial things. We can see most of the people of this generation are becoming more and more dependent in the technology and this habit leads to the unhealthy body and stressful soul. Most of the people from the very young age suffer from depression and  suicide rates are increasing high. People are not conscious about there health due to the busy schedule junk food, unhealthy diet and lack of proper exercise is the main problem of gaining fats in body. Today, weight lose is the main issue of many people.  Every people want to lose weight but how ??? the main question arise here they don’t know the proper method of losing weight,but don’t worry we are here to give you some important tips for the cause of weight gain, method of losing weight, proper diet and many more.


Gaining weight is something  which is very frustrating  and sometime very embracing too. Today nothing is impossible but the main thing is we should have strong will power to do that. Unhealthy food , lack of proper diet, junk food, pregnancy,  age, lack of exercise, depression etc are the normal cause of weight gain but sometime this symptom indicate more serious diseases when neglected because weight gain is not always as normal as we think  therefore, here we give you some reasons of weight gain.


Most of anti- depression medicine cause weight gain so if you are taking anti- depression medicine than it is sure that you will gain 5 to 15 pound with continues  use for over years. Therefore, stop making the habit of using anti-depression medicine for long term and for your good health. Try to take some natural remedies like yoga, medication etc. these will make your mind free and less stress.


There are lots of medicines which cause weight gain some medicine are birth control pills,steroids, beta-blockers for heart disease and blood pressure, anti-seizure medicine, breast cancer medications like Tamoxifen, some treatments for rheumatoid arthritis, and even some migraine and heartburn medications, you may cause weight gain.


Now we live in a modern society people are busy in there own work and life style but in all those rush hours you forget your health and neglect the food you eat. Many digestive issues including slow bowels movements may also cause the weight gain. “Health is wealth” you must stay fit and healthy therefore avoid junk food which makes your appetite lose.


Most of the  people have the habit of drinking less water which is the main problem of weight gain. Water helps to digest our food properly but if we don’t have plenty of water than there we may get a big health problem as well as not drinking plenty of water can cause us to eat more excess amount of food and hence we gain more weight.


It is the major problems of our young generation that we don’t sleep on time and wake up late. This habit also cause the problem of weight gain. Our body need complete rest and if we stay late at night our body don’t get the total amount of rest, sitting in the same position, watching t.v for late night increased levels of the hunger hormone ghrelin, and decreased levels of leptin, the satiety hormone . Our body wants more junk foods and have less ability to practice of portion control which lead to weight gain.


Many people do many thing to control there excessive weight people are more concern about their health and figure today. They have learned that weight gain is no use we have to be fit and healthy here are some points given which will helps you to maintain your weight and be healthy.


1. Drink water half and hour before you have your meal

2. Avoid sugar, sugary drinks and foods. Sugar cause  insulin and as we know insulin is the main fat consuming hormones in our body

3. Eat protein and vegetables

a. Protein source:

  • Meat – Beef, chicken, pork, lamb, bacon, etc.
  • Fish and Seafood – Salmon, trout, shrimps, lobsters, etc.
  • Eggs – Omega-3 enriched or pastured eggs are best.

b. Low-Carb Vegetables:

  • Cauliflower
  • Spinach
  • Kal
  • Brussels
  • Sprout
  • Cabbage
  • Swiss Chard
  • Lettuce
  • Cucumber
  • Celery

4. Regular exercise , Yoga, Gym etc makes you fit

5. Choose weight loss and soluble food. Soluble  foods have fiber which reduce fats especially belly fats

6. Drink coffee or tea. If you want to lose your weight then drink coffee or tea because tea coffee contain caffeine in them and it helps to weight loss

7. Eating food slowly and chewing properly also makes  you more fully so that you don’t feel hungry

8. Sound goodnight sleep may stop your weight gain so if you want to lose weight then sleep on time.

Most of the people of today’s generation are facing the problem of gastritis. Not only in Nepal people from different country are having the gastritis problem.
